Does KWALL work with both Drupal and WordPress, or do you specialize in one?

We work deeply in both and many other systems like Modern Campus, etc. Drupal has been our primary platform since 2008 and accounts for 400+ builds; WordPress came shortly after with 200+ builds to date. Most clients come to us for one or the other, but we’ve also managed multi-platform environments where different properties run on different stacks.

What kinds of organizations do you typically work with?

Higher education institutions, state and local government agencies, and enterprise organizations, particularly those with complex content governance, multi-stakeholder editorial teams, or strict accessibility and compliance requirements. We’ve built admissions sites, civic platforms, and multi-brand enterprise properties.

Do you only build new sites, or can you take over support of an existing one?

Both. We support sites we built and sites we inherited from other agencies. Our support retainers cover security patches, CMS updates, performance tuning, and incident response regardless of who built the original site.

How does AI fit into what KWALL offers?

Discovery and content modeling first, then design, then build on Pantheon or Acquia, then a zero-downtime launch. After launch, most clients move into one of our ongoing programs, which is how we stay involved for the long term. Our average client tenure is eight years.
