Front End Web Developer - Newport Beach, CA
KWALL is seeking an experienced front end developer to join our team immediately. We build complex websites and applications for large corporations such as PayPal, Ebay, ABC, etc.
Fast implementation and attention to detail is key for this role.
As a front end developer, your role will be to take design comps to function on a flexible CMS platform. All sites and developments are drastically different and an understanding of creating themes for content management systems is a must.
Position is on-site, no telecommuting or contracts available.
Responsibilities Include:
- Work with Developers on all design implementations
- Create themes for approved designs for client websites and applications
- Create front end coding such as JavaScript, Jquery, etc.
- Provide clients with on time deliverables
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA / BS 4 year university
- 1+ Yrs XHTML/CSS experience
- Understanding of LAMP
- Javascript and jQuery knowledge
- Understanding of PHP and programming
- Understanding of CMS (e.g. Drupal and Wordpress)
- Strong desire to learn and progress
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
Ideal Qualifications:
- Version control comfort
- CMS / Drupal experience
- SEO & SEM knowledge
- Understanding of Google Analytics
