KWALL is proud to announce the release of our first iteration of a customer portal to assist our partners with visibility into their websites and project progress. Our goal in implementing a custom portal for our partners was to:

  • create an easy place for you to communicate with your team
  • see who's on your project
  • get access to support ticketing
  • download / links to project assets

As a former customer or current partner with a project, website, or support offering please sign up a new account at:  and we'll attach your account to the projects and teams available to you. Once you have access you'll be able to submit support tickets, see our activity stream on your project, and download or access project links. 

We're hoping that this new portal will help you keep your team members included on what's going on and simplify our support of your project and websites.

We've also added additional resources in our support team to give you much faster responses to issues! 

Upcoming releases will include: 

  • Dashboard visibility of your projects process and required steps to completion
  • Integration of our marketplace allowing you or your teams to request add-ons to existing sites and projects, and giving you access to our exclusive partner network of products and services
  • iOS and Android applications for quick access and notifications
  • Status notifications on sites and projects
