Total Terminals International
Total Terminals serves the port of Long Beach, One of America’s busiest shipping terminals. Their website hadn’t been updated in years and had become a liability to them. The truckers who came for directions, TTI’s partners and customers all couldn’t find what they needed.
Our Process
KWALL led TTI through a series of sprints to rapidly develop a working design. In our initial phase we gathered insights by performing a content audit and iterating on the navigation system. Then we built out lo fidelity prototypes which scaled into pixel perfect designs. With designs in hand we were able to build out a feature rich site that empowered TTI to control their content.

TTI is all about routing, whether on their website or yard. They needed an interactive map, vessel schedule and a well organized website.
