There is no explicit costs we charge per hour. You should budget at least 10 hours a month to handle updates and platform review.
Will hours expire or roll over?
Hours don’t expire but we like to account for 12 months as a general rule for our program and staffing.
What hours is your support available?
We have staff 24/7 and the support portal is always available in our support portal.
