Acceptable Use Policy
Guidelines governing the use of KWALL’s services and platforms

Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of websites built, managed, or hosted through KWALL LLC (“KWALL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including web development services, hosting coordination, AI-powered services, and any related platforms or tools. By using KWALL’s services, you agree to comply with this policy.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use KWALL’s services to engage in any of the following activities:
- Illegal content or activities: Hosting, distributing, or linking to content that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Malware and malicious code: Uploading, distributing, or facilitating the distribution of viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious software.
- Spam and unsolicited communications: Sending bulk unsolicited emails, messages, or other communications, including phishing attempts.
- Unauthorized access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, accounts, or data, including through brute force attacks, credential stuffing, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
- Scraping and data harvesting: Automated scraping, crawling, or harvesting of content or data from KWALL-managed websites without explicit authorization.
- Denial of service: Conducting or participating in denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against any systems.
- Harassment and abuse: Using services to harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any individual or group.
- Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
Content Restrictions
Content published through KWALL’s services must not:
- Contain illegal material or promote illegal activities.
- Infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
- Contain harmful, deceptive, or misleading content designed to defraud or manipulate users.
- Include content that exploits minors in any way.
- Promote discrimination, hatred, or violence against any individual or group based on protected characteristics.
Resource Usage
Users must use shared resources responsibly and in accordance with the following guidelines:
- Do not consume excessive server resources (CPU, memory, bandwidth, or storage) in a manner that degrades service for other users.
- Cryptocurrency mining or other computationally intensive processes are strictly prohibited on shared hosting environments.
- Excessive or abusive API calls that impact system performance are not permitted.
- Automated processes must be designed to operate within reasonable resource limits.
Security Requirements
All users of KWALL’s services are expected to:
- Maintain strong, unique credentials for all accounts and never share login information.
- Enable multi-factor authentication where available.
- Report suspected security vulnerabilities responsibly to security@kwallcompany.com rather than exploiting them.
- Keep all software, plugins, and integrations up to date with the latest security patches.
- Promptly notify KWALL of any suspected unauthorized access to your account or services.
AI Services
KWALL offers AI-powered services as part of its digital solutions. When using these services, you agree to:
- Use AI tools responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Not use AI services to generate harmful, deceptive, misleading, or illegal content.
- Not use AI services to create deepfakes, impersonate individuals, or generate content intended to manipulate or deceive.
- Comply with KWALL’s AI governance policies and any applicable AI regulations.
- Disclose AI-generated content where required by law or industry standards.
Enforcement
KWALL reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:
- Warnings: Issuing written warnings for minor or first-time violations.
- Suspension: Temporarily suspending access to services while a violation is investigated or remediated.
- Termination: Permanently terminating access to services for serious or repeated violations.
- Law enforcement cooperation: Reporting violations to appropriate law enforcement authorities when required by law or when KWALL believes in good faith that such action is necessary to protect public safety.
KWALL may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may remove or disable access to any content or resource that violates this policy.
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it promptly to security@kwallcompany.com. Please include as much detail as possible, including URLs, screenshots, and a description of the violation.
Modifications
KWALL reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users through appropriate channels, such as email notifications or prominent notices on our website. Continued use of KWALL’s services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
