Right to limit sensitive PI
Direct us to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, precise geolocation, account credentials) to what is necessary to provide our services.
How to submit a request

What we need from you
To process a request, we need enough information to reasonably verify you are the California resident the data is about. For consumers, we typically request:
- Full name and the email address used in your prior interactions with KWALL
- A description of the request (know / delete / correct / opt-out / limit)
- For sensitive requests, an additional matching data point (e.g., the project name or invoice number associated with your engagement)
Response timeline
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we need an extension, we will notify you in writing within the first 45-day window. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will require written, signed authorization and verification of the agent’s identity.
Non-discrimination
KWALL will not deny you services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your CCPA/CPRA rights.
