Accorbis

The platform is Accorbis. We implement it.

Accorbis is standalone SaaS for governing a web estate. One dashboard to see every site, score health, and, when the SOW says so, deploy approved sites. It is not a KWALL CMS. It is not a Drupal or WordPress replacement for a flagship homepage.

KWALL is the senior team that puts it in: onboarding, custom kits, migration, and the programs around it. Other agencies can sell Accorbis. We happen to be the practice that knows how to implement it.

Start with the dashboard.
Expand when you deploy.

You can stay on the dashboard. New sites are how you expand, only if you mean to.

01 · PLATFORM SaaS

One organization-wide subscription for the dashboard.

This is the Accorbis dashboard: inventory, site health, accessibility and security scoring, and policy, billed as one organization-wide fee on a multi-year term.

02 · PER-SITE HOSTING

Each deployed site is a separate monthly fee.

Hosting is billed apart from the platform and is not included. Accorbis is not web hosting; this line is only for sites you actually deploy.

03 · DASHBOARD FIRST

Sites only when they earn their place.

Unified inventory covers WordPress, Drupal, and custom sites you already run. Dashboard-only is a real option, not a teaser for a rebuild.

04 · KWALL SERVICES

We implement Accorbis. We still do the hard services.

Onboarding, custom kits, migration, and programs stay KWALL services. They are not the Accorbis platform.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

Dashboard first. Sites only when they earn their place.

  • Unified inventory across WordPress, Drupal, and custom sites
  • Accessibility, performance, and security scoring
  • Starter kits that deploy compliant sites in minutes, when the SOW includes deploy

Kits are not a .edu homepage. Accorbis scan is not the KWALL Accessibility program. Accorbis is not “CMS Platform — Accorbis” next to Drupal.

WHAT KWALL DOES

We implement Accorbis. We still do the hard services.

  • Stand up the dashboard and get the estate into inventory
  • Write dashboard-only vs platform + hosting into the SOW, in plain language
  • Custom kits, migrations, and programs when the product is not enough
  • Modern Campus stays a KWALL CMS engagement. Accorbis does not replace it.

WHO IT IS FOR

Built for organizations that already run many sites.

Organizations that already run many sites and need governance before they need another rebuild.

  • Universities: main site plus colleges, departments, programs, research — inventory and policy first
  • Government: portals across services, divisions, or jurisdictions, without treating Accorbis as the CMS
  • Enterprise: multi-brand or multi-region estates that need one command center and, if they choose it, a separate hosting line

FAQ

Questions worth asking.

What is Accorbis?

A standalone web governance platform. One dashboard for the estate. Not a KWALL CMS, and not exclusive to KWALL.

How is this different from KWALL building us a Drupal or WordPress site?

That is still KWALL services. Accorbis is software you subscribe to. We can implement both. They are not the same product.

Do we have to move sites onto Accorbis hosting?

No. Dashboard-only covers sites you already host. Hosting is only for sites you deploy on that line.

Can we start with the dashboard?

Yes. Most implementations should. Full deploy is a second module, written into the SOW.

Who else can sell Accorbis?

Other agencies. Accorbis is a product those agencies can rev-share. KWALL implements it; we do not pretend it is a private CMS.

How do we start?

See the product at accorbis.com. Talk to KWALL if you want us to implement it.

See the product, or talk to the team that implements it.

Two doors. Accorbis.com is the product. This page is KWALL as implementer. If you need a flagship rebuild, a Modern Campus SI, or a program, that is still KWALL, and it is a different conversation than Accorbis.
