How quickly will I hear back after submitting the contact form?
Within two business days, usually the same day. The founder reads every submission personally. You’ll get a real reply, not an autoresponder or a nurture sequence, with a direct response, a call invite, or an honest referral if we’re not the right fit.
What information should I include in my submission to get a useful first response?
What you’re trying to accomplish, what platform you’re on (if you have one), your rough timeline, and any budget parameters you can share. You don’t need a formal RFP, a few sentences is enough to let us give you a meaningful first reply.
We’re not ready to hire anyone yet, can we still reach out?
Yes. We’re happy to have an early conversation, answer technical questions, or give you a sense of what a project like yours typically involves. Many of our best client relationships started with a ‘we’re just exploring’ call.
Do you work with organizations outside higher education and government?
Yes, though higher ed and government are our primary markets. Enterprise organizations with similar complexity profiles, multi-stakeholder content governance, accessibility requirements, compliance considerations, are a natural fit. Contact us and we’ll tell you quickly whether we’re likely to be a good match.
What happens if KWALL isn’t the right fit for our project?
We’ll say so directly and, where we can, point you toward agencies or resources that are a better match. We’ve been in this industry since 2008 and have a clear sense of the work we do well and the work we don’t. Wasting your time on a proposal process that goes nowhere helps nobody.
